My name is Toby Wills. I reside in Searcy, AR and pastor a wonderful group of folks who love the Lord Jesus. My goal as a pastor is to generate a tremendous desire in people to hunger for a relationship with the Lord Jesus and to grow in God’s word. I am married to a wonderful woman named Amy who works for a Christian adoption agency. I have two daughters who are grown and married and a son and daughter in high school.
On May 10th 1990, at the age of thirty-three while in the military and living a dangerous and destructive life without hope, without purpose, and without meaning, I heard the message of the Gospel and I was born again. I had spent nearly 15 years in the USAF before coming to Christ.
Immediately after coming to the Lord at the end of that year, I was sent to Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War. I flew as an enlisted crewmember on C-130 Hercules aircraft providing airlift of materials and personnel throughout the region, eventually retiring from the Air Force in 1995. Today, God is the center of my life and I try to serve him however he will have me to serve, in whatever capacity I might fill.
During my Christian walk, I have been blessed to minister in several ways. I became involved with a street ministry in the early 90’s then, helped start and worked in a non-profit Christian bookstore in England. I have tried to help addicts and alcoholics to come to know Jesus and to break the destructive effects and control that drugs and alcohol have over lives and families. I have been privileged to minister in several prisons and jails around Arkansas. My heart has always been for the person that seems to be beyond the reach of society, the ones nobody cares for, perhaps the one a family have given up on.
I try not to judge, to condemn, or to look down upon anyone. Everyone is welcome at Complete in Christ Church to come and hear Gods word and most of all, the message of the incredible saving power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I feel very strongly, that God has given me a mandate not only to share and declare Gods word, but to challenge men and women to, as Jesus said; “hunger and thirst after righteousness”, so that we would lead others to Jesus and become a living sacrifice to the Lord. Knowing the Lord Jesus and walking in the Spirit of God is the greatest experience we can ever have.
In Christ,
Pastor Toby <><
